Rate Terms and Conditions
- School holidays min 7 day hire
- Xmas min 7 day hire
- New Year min 3 day hire
- Quote for long term hire
- 2% charge on credit card payments
Deposit:
- 25% of cost of hire at time of booking
- Balance of hire due 7 days before pickup date
Bond:
- $1,000.00 payable before or on day of pickup
- Refundable up to 7 days after return of trailer, less any cost for damage, missing items and cleaning fees if required
Cancellation Terms:
- Refund 50% of deposit up to 21 days prior to hire
- No refund of deposit within 21 days prior to hire
- No refund of deposit for long weekends, Easter, Christmas or school holidays
Hire Terms and Conditions
- 25 years and over
- Fully Insured excess on road $500.00 off road $750.00 to be paid by hirer
- ID required:
- 2 sources of proof of ID required — Medicare card, drivers license, passport
- Proof of residency — current vehicle registration; rates notice
- Name and address of next of kin
